4. Pricing, Taxes, and Availability
- Currency: All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Sales Tax: Prices displayed do not include applicable state and local sales, use, excise, or other transactional taxes. Applicable taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout based on the shipping destination.

- Pricing / Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, technical glitch, or system failure, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. - Tracking & Risk of Loss: Tracking information will be provided once your package is dispatched. For shipments within the United States, title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.
